Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a refund of the purchase price. For US orders a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order number or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in their new and original condition that they were sent in order to receive a refund. Please note; washing, machine washing or drying voids the warranty and the return policy (Travelers should be spot cleaned). Once we receive your return and inspect it you will see a refund via the payment method you used on our site within ten days.
